Welcome to HP Community

Please update the Printer Firmware from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-6520-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5169...

Next clean the Paper Rollers and perform a Reset. You can follow the instructions in Step 1 & 7 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-photosmart-6520-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5169038/document...

Keep me posted how it goes 😊

It says I have two messages, but only can see one.

I updated the firmware and cleaned the rollers as best as I could.

I also stopped the spooler and then started it.

It printed ok for about a day and then started sending a blank pape through and then jamming big time.

I am afraid I will have to buy a new printer?!?

Any other ideas?

Thanks

Try making Photocopies and check if that works
