i have a error that says A PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED WITH ONE OF THE PRINTERS CRITICAL SYSTEM FILES. A PRINTER UPDATE WILL BE INSTALLED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

 

But the screen is locked and the printer is non responsive, anyone else have this issue?

I understand how frustrating it must be to see this error and not be able to interact with the printer. No worries—let’s try a few steps to get things back on track.

 

Since the screen is locked and the printer isn’t responding, a power reset can help:

Turn off the printer by unplugging the power cable from both the printer and the wall outlet.

Wait about 60 seconds—this allows the system to reset.

Plug the power cable back in and turn the printer on.

 

If the error persists, let me know your printer model so I can provide more specific steps. Also, if you recently installed any updates before this issue started, that info might help troubleshoot further.
