Product: HP7712c6 hp officejettpro 8030 series

Will not print word doc. Printed okay last night. Printed a jpg, then printed one page of a word doc and quit. Won't even show in the que.  Tried it on three different computers.  Won't work.  Please help!

@AlohaHawaii, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print Word documents. It seems like an application-specific issue.

Do you get any errors?

Try updating Windows, MS office, or repair it from the control panel.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

 

Try printing PDF files, emails, or Webpages and check the result.
