Hi @amir140,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out. For the HP DeskJet F380, HP no longer provides dedicated Windows 10 drivers because this model is considered a legacy product. However, you can still use it with Windows 10 by installing the built-in drivers included in the operating system.

How to Install HP DeskJet F380 on Windows 10

  1. Connect the Printer
    • Plug the printer into your PC via USB.
    • Power it on.

  2. Automatic Driver Installation
    • Windows 10 should automatically detect the printer and install the basic driver.
    • Wait for the notification that setup is complete.

  3. If It Doesn’t Install Automatically
    • Go to Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners → Add a printer or scanner.
    • Select your HP DeskJet F380 from the list and click Add device.

  4. Use HP Smart for Scanning
    • Download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store for scanning and basic management.
