Thank you so much I managed to install the printer, I can't believe it! I have had this printer since 2004 in perfect working order and I would have been sad to throw it away. You were really kind, thank you! I have another question if you can help me. Even though I have a full color cartridge, I can't print in color. Can you help me? Thank you
