Product: hp psc1402
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

despite numerous phone calls to both Microsoft and hp around this issue I still do not seem to be able to resolve the problem??? I want to install a printer hp psc1402 on to a hp pc running windows 10. I have downloaded official drivers and bought a new usb cable. Microsoft say hp problem, hp say windows problem??? printer hp psc 1402 works perfectly on a hp pc running windows 8 so clearly not broken. hp advice was it is broken so buy anew printer??? any advice out there please???
