Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

hi ive just purchased a hp deskjet 2820e printer and tried to use it on a windows 8.1 x64 machine but the software download only puts on a scanner driver is it possible to obtain a driver for the printer also to get this printer working thanks in advance

Try to install the next driver for your printer:

hi ferfx thankyou for the reply but unfortunately after i installed the software in the link it now tells me that my webview 2 runtimeis not installed however when i try to install this it is also no longer supported for windows 8.1 so looks like im a bit stuck really
