HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer

Hi, since a couple of weeks the touch screen of the printer seems to be continuously in sleep mode (dark, no text or icons visible), except when there is something to slide (e.g. the start menu where some icons can slide to print, scan, ....

This means that I cannot use the touch screen anymore.

Unfortunately, going back to the factory settings is done via this touch screen...

                    Hello MME2, 

             

 

 

In Windows, search for and open Device Manager. Expand the Human Interface Devices list. Right-click the HID-compliant touch screen device, and then click Enable, if possible.
