HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer

my hp printer envy 6400 has error message setup incomplete.  I worked until a week ago.  I have uninstalled hp smart app and reinstalled I still get same error message.  I have tried followed instruction to uninstall printer from hp smart app the instructions do not make sense

Please do a reset and try setting up again with HP Smart app.
