hp inkjet 4630 won't power up

hp 4630 won't power up.  was working fine and suddenly cut off and will not power back up.  I have used a different outlet, no surge protector, different power cord and replaced the internal power module.  both old and new power modules green light comes on with power, but printer itself won't power up.  Thoughts?

I understand the printer is not powering on. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP printer does not turn on

Unplug the power cable and hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds and release it. Power on the printer and check.

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
