Product: laser 107w
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi guys,

I have just set my new hp laser 107w on a macbook running Catalina OS. Everything fine, also the wifi setting, but when i try to print front/back the option seems to be deactivated. Any suggestion?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
  • Have you tried updating the printer firmware?
