Operating on Windows 10 I cant find any drivers to download,and the HP support app not able to see my printer

Im really only looking to clean the printer as its streaking ...

Most streaking on this model will be caused by bad/defective/empty cartridges and no utilities in the driver can solve that problem. Do you get a predominant color in streaks? Look at the blue/green drum on the cartridges for ones that have any toner on them and those are likely the problem ones.

Its an old printer and the predominant streaking colour is magenta,
