Product: HP LaserJet Pro M305d

When I switch ON the printer hp laserjet pro m305d  it initiates as usual but when I want to go to its Menu or take Test Print the buttons won't work. Suppose its in sleep mode and I press the OK button it won't work. I am unable to use the the arrow keys and back keys as it won't respond.
