Hi @Amirhossein123 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're having trouble finding the correct software for your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M26a, especially for scanning. Here’s what you can do:

  • Download Driver Version 5.0.3.9707: The specific driver version 5.0.3.9707 might not be available directly through HP’s main site, as they usually offer the most recent versions. However, you can try looking for archived drivers on the HP Support website
  • Scan Software for M26a: For the scanning functionality, HP often bundles a scanning utility with their drivers. However, if it's missing, you can try installing the HP Easy Scan or HP Smart app (if compatible). You can also check if the scanning software is available in the HP Software & Drivers section for the M26a model.
  • Alternate Solution: If the older drivers are causing issues and you're unable to find them, you might want to try a clean installation of the latest driver and software for your printer, ensuring that all previous versions are completely removed first.

Here’s how you can download the latest available software:

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
