Download the Correct Driver

Please download the official driver package from HP's support site:

Choose your operating system (e.g., Windows 11, Windows 10) and download the Full Feature Software and Driver.


Prepare the System

Before installing:

  • Disconnect the printer from the PC (USB or Wi-Fi).
  • Uninstall any previously failed driver attempts from Control Panel > Programs and Features.
  • Restart the PC.

Install the Driver
