Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the software will not download the full version to my laptop it only downloads the basic version, therefore my printer is only printing in black and white when I print from my laptop. and I am downloading the full version and its still downloading the basic version for some reason

Please manually download the following software and drivers snd save on your computer:

 

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL61240/mp-147826-1/OJ3830_Full_WebPack_1119.exe

 

Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator.
