hp officejet 7110 default password

I just got a HP OfficeJet 7110 printer off of Ebay.  Have print head error, have to replace that.

Current issue though is the admin password.  I atte3mpted to factory reset press and hold for 

5 seconds the wireless and resume buttons.  the first light will flash, the ink lights scroll.

ip stays the same when i scan network.  tried admin and Password no luck.  when trying to goto the 

password reset page I get: 

This site can’t provide a secure connection

192.168.2.232 uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Unsupported protocol

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

This is a ATT fiber home network, with a asus rog gaming wifi router serving wired and wireless networking.

Computer is windows 10 pro.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password. 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Did your suggestion work for him? I have a different issue with my HP 7110. I am desperately trying to set up two custom print sizes, 24x30cm and 30x40cm, for photo printing. I have gone through every suggestion and the only thing that I have accomplished is getting these two sizes to show up in the form drop down box in the Print  Server Properties window. I see them in the paper size drop down box when I go to print in MicroSoft Word - and then the sizes do not work - but the two sizes are not a size option when printing a photo. I tried to insert a photo into a Word document and do a 30x40cm print that way but that does not work - the image shows up on half the 30x40 leaving the other half white (empty/nothing there). Any suggestions/ideas?
