Hi @cwsndt2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you encountered a driver error after installing the HP OfficeJet 9125E on Windows 11. Here are the steps to help resolve the issue:

Verify Compatibility: Ensure that your HP OfficeJet 9125E and its drivers are compatible with Windows 11. You can check supported drivers by searching for your printer model at the Official HP® Support.

Reinstall the Printer Driver:

  • Uninstall the existing printer driver by going into Printers & scanners in Windows Settings, selecting your printer, and clicking Remove.

  • Download the latest driver for the HP OfficeJet 9125E from the HP Driver Support website.

  • Install the driver by following the installation steps provided on the site.

Use HP Smart App:

  • Consider installing the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store. This app can manage printer settings and troubleshoot issues more effectively. After installation, add your printer to the app to ensure all drivers are installed correctly. HP Smart.

Update Windows:

  • Ensure that your Windows 11 system is up to date, as this can sometimes resolve driver compatibility issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and check for updates.

Check Printer Connectivity:

  • Confirm that your printer is properly connected to your system via USB or network. Sometimes driver errors might occur due to connectivity issues.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
