Try a printer reset - 

 

1) Take out the cartridges. 
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall. 
3) Wait for 30 seconds.  
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector. 
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

 

and then try those steps from the private message.

Hello, I have the same problem, how can I access the printer with the admin login and password? I hace a Mac with HP Utility installed but it has not asked me for any user or password, so I can't change anything.

I have managed to access the app "HP Smart" in the Mac App Store and in it, there is an option that asks me for the user/password. Thanks.
