Hi. I've had this printer a while, worked great but now I can't do much or anything with it, as it wants me to enroll in the ink program. I've never had a problem before and was not enrolled in the ink program.

I'm trying to explain this the best I can...

Thank you for any help!!!

@ronni6122025, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Ink Enrollment Issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It sounds like your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 printer is prompting you to enroll in the Instant Ink program, even though you have not enrolled previously. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

Check Printer Settings: Make sure your printer settings are not set to exclusively use Instant Ink cartridges. If you have replaced an ink cartridge recently, ensure it is compatible with your printer model.

Disable Instant Ink Enrollment Notification: To stop receiving notifications, you might need to adjust settings related to Instant Ink on the printer or your HP account. You can often find these settings within the HP Smart app or HP official site associated with your account.

Firmware Update: Check for any firmware updates for your printer. Sometimes firmware updates can resolve unexpected behavior.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
