Hi @aks1978,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you're facing issues setting up your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e Wireless All-in-One printer, you can follow these general troubleshooting steps:

Check Network Connectivity: Ensure your wireless network is working correctly. Check that your printer and computer or mobile device are connected to the same network.

Restart Devices: Turn off your printer and your router. Wait for a few seconds and then turn them back on. This can help resolve any temporary connectivity issues.

Review Printer Settings:

  • Access your printer's control panel and navigate to the network settings to ensure that Wireless is enabled.
  • Verify that Web Services are enabled for any cloud or network functions.

Use HP App: Download the HP app on your computer or mobile device.

Update Firmware: Ensure your printer is running the latest firmware version. You can usually check for updates in the printer settings or through the HP app. HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site

Use the HP Easy Start Software:

  • If you're still having trouble, try using the HP Easy Start software, which provides guided instructions for wireless setup.

Manual Configuration:

  • If automatic setup tools fail, you might need to configure the network settings manually via the printer's control panel or Embedded Web Server (EWS).

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
