Hello,

I can help with the official HP drivers and HP Print and Scan Doctor, but I need a bit more info first:

  1. Exact HP printer model (e.g., HP LaserJet Pro M404dw, HP OfficeJet 6962, etc.)

  2. Operating System & version you’re installing on (e.g., Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11, macOS Sonoma)

Once I have that, I’ll point you to the correct download links.

For now, the general official HP support pages you’ll use are:
