Product: Hp photosmart plus b210a

my hp photosmart plus b210a keeps displaying printhead missing. i have even bought a new printhead and still getting the same message. I've followed all the technical help on here and still getting same message can anyone help please

@Scott8887, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid this is an issue with the printer as you have already tried with a new printhead. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
