Hi @Red_77,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're encountering some frustrating issues with your HP printer. The error code you provided, "20.80.3.9568," seems specific to HP printers, but without further context, it's difficult to pinpoint the exact cause. However, here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try:
Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.
Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can usually find this option in the printer's settings menu or on the HP website.
Verify Network Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your network, especially if it's a network printer. If it's connected via USB, try using a different USB port or cable.
Clear Print Queue: Sometimes, a stuck print job can cause errors. Clear the print queue on your computer and try printing again.
Reinstall Printer Drivers: Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer and reinstall them from the HP website. Make sure to download the correct drivers for your printer model and operating system.
Regarding the issue with double-sided printing, it seems like the printer is not correctly duplexing the pages. This could be due to incorrect settings or a hardware issue. Here's what you can do:
Check Printer Settings: Ensure that the printer settings for double-sided printing are configured correctly. You can usually find these settings in the printer properties or preferences when you go to print a document.
Clean Printer Rollers: If the printer is not picking up the paper correctly during double-sided printing, it could be due to dirty or worn-out rollers. Clean the rollers according to the printer's manual instructions.
Test with Different Software: Try printing double-sided from a different software application to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, the problem could be specific to the software you're using.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hello Rachel,
Thanks for your response.
As i have mentioned already in the post i tried all the options but no luck. I had a call with one of your support executive he said its a known issue . he will comeback and after that no reply to my emails.
I can still live with the error for updates but if the double side printing issue is not resolved how can i use your printer. its useless for me? This was not the case when i purchased the printer . Could you please suggest what i have to do now ?
Will you guys resolve this issue or you suggest me to put the HP printer in bin and purchase a different brand??
Regards,
Raju.

Hello Rachel,
Thanks for your response.
Its not a hardware issue. the device is working fine.
when i purchased printer the two side printing used to work fine.
looks like a software upgrade is causing the issue. and your team is not responding at all. I though if i post here some one from HP could understand customers issues and help.
As I have mentioned earlier I spoke to HP support they check my issue. they said its a know issue we will get back and after that they never responded to my emails.
The outcome of all my conversations with HP is they know that there is an issue with the software of printer but they are not willing to or able to fix it. why should customers suffer buying your products and later they stop working because you introduces a glitch ? is it intentional?? if not why you team is not able to fix/ responding to me.
Regards,
Raju.
