Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with my HP printer. While it prints diagnostic information and status reports just fine through the HP Officejet Pro 8100 Toolbox, it fails to print regular documents. The printer is connected via USB.

I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software from both the website and the CD, but the problem persists.

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Thank you.
