My all in one printer does not print. Everytime I try to print a word document, the red ''check paper'' and ''check ink'' lights start to blink red, even though these are fine. Moreoveer a error message appears in the task window of my printer. The printer then does not function anymore and the only way to clear the failed print assignments is to restart the printer. However, when i do so and try to print again, the same problem occurs.
Als het in het nederlands ook kan, graag. is makkelijker uitleggen. bedankt

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP PSC 1350 Printer. I understand that check paper light is blinking and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.
Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well.
Open the paper tray.
Match the paper to the paper settings.
Clear any jammed paper.
Clear the paper jam from the front of the All-in-One.
Make sure that the carriage can move freely.
Clean the paper feed rollers.
Perform a power reset.
-
Press the On/Resume button (
) to turn on the product.
-
With the product turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
-
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
-
Wait at least 15 seconds.
-
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
- If the product does not turn on automatically, press the On/Resume button (
) to turn the product back on.
Click here and refer the document to perform the above steps.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers.
