I recently upgraded the scan/print doctor 5.4 version and the progam won't run now. From what I can tell, everything else seems to be updated.

HP Print and Scan Doctor is a diagnostic tool. This is used only when you have issues while printing or scanning. You do not require this app to print or scan.

Click here to download the latest version of the diagnostics tool.
