Hi @bdd945,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error message you're encountering with the HP Smart app on Windows 10 suggests a couple of potential issues.

Cookies Disabled: The error message indicates that cookies may be disabled in your browser settings. To fix this, you need to enable cookies in your browser. Here's how you can enable cookies in Microsoft Edge, the default browser in Windows 10:

  • Open Microsoft Edge.
  • Click on the three dots (...) at the top right corner to open the menu.
  • Select "Settings" from the menu.
  • Scroll down and click on "Cookies and site permissions" under the "Privacy, search, and services" section.
  • Make sure the toggle switch for "Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)" is turned on.

System Clock Misconfigured: The error message also suggests that your system clock may be misconfigured. Ensure that your computer's date and time settings are correct. Here's how to check and adjust the date and time settings in Windows 10:

  • Right-click on the clock in the bottom right corner of your screen.
  • Select "Adjust date/time" from the menu.
  • In the settings window that opens, make sure the date, time, and time zone are set correctly.
  • If they're incorrect, toggle the switches to set them automatically or manually adjust them as needed.

After you've checked and corrected these settings, try logging in to the HP Smart app again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

I am having the same problem in Windows 11 Pro 64-bit.

I have made sure that in Chrome, Third Party Cookies are enabled for hpsmart.com and hp.com.

My system time is set to the correct time and time-zone.

I have rebooted my printer and workstation, I have cleared my browser cookie cache, and I have uninstalled and re-installed HP Smart from the MS App Store.
