Hi, Assalamu alekum

 

Cant reach to settings in HP Smart App, a small window opens and asks for a username and password...i dont know which one is this, the hpprinter password didnt work..so far i am stuck there and cannot proceed to see those settings in advance settings..and please tell if there are other unconventional/unexpected/surprising things which suddenly appear...and please tell if there is a problem when thayve(the popup window asking for username and password) appear.

plz guide
