the app gives you two options when printing a GIF Image I spent over 3 hours on the phone to technical support who were absolutely useless When you go to print options in the app, it gives you two settings to print and they are fill the page and fit the page I hope you understand me so far I was  send an attachment in a email and I saved it to my gallery but when I come to print it in Instead of it printing a small label which it was It was massive

filling the page So distorting the barcodes which were need for scanning purposes i use the app on my samsung galaxy A34 5G which is android v13 o buy the way when I  print say an email it prints normal size any ideas, please? before I delete the app from my phone I am Subscribe to insthen tink so I don't know if that will affect me from deleting the app thank you

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to change print settings on the HP smart app and let me know if that resolves the issue.
