Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

I want to install HP App.  But Microsoft store on my PC is not working and I cannot fix it --have tried all possible solutions.

I need a direct download of HP app for my PC but I cannot find it anywhere.

Hi,

HP App can only be installed from the Microsoft Store and not from any other source.

 

You may download and install the HP Full Feature Software to install and use the printer without the HP app:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL47810/mp-115828-6/Full_Webpack-116-Full_Webpack.exe
