Desktop lost access to HP network printer.  HP Smart App does shows printer and  lists all setting, but says "not installed" and can't connect to printer.  Using the Win 11 "Add New Printer" shows the printer, but will not connect.  Win11 Device Manager shows HP PCL3 A-size Printer Class Driver in the Printers Listing.  The printer is available to other network PCs, so the issue lies with the Local Desktop PC settings.  My HP ENVY 5000 network printer is still available, but is now my default printer instead of my OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer.  I have attempted to remove and install the printer with the Win11 Settings screen and then reinstalling the printer, but that operation results in a lockup in the connecting operation.  I downloaded and reinstalled HP Smart, but that made no difference.  I have tried manually installing the printer, but I get a "handle" error message.  I really don't want to do a system reset from my backup app, so any help will be appreciated.
