Hi @Pegrita,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2755e is printing blank pages, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow.

Check Ink Levels

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are not empty or low. You can usually check ink levels via the printer's display or the HP Smart app if it's installed on a connected device.

Replace or Reseat Ink Cartridges

  • Replace the cartridges if they are low or empty.
  • If the cartridges are new, try removing and reinserting them to ensure they are seated properly.

Run a Print Head Cleaning

  • Access the printer's maintenance menu (if available) and run a print head cleaning cycle. This can help clear any clogs that may be causing the blank prints.

Check Paper and Print Settings

  • Ensure you are using the correct type of paper for your print job.
  • Check the print settings on your device to ensure the correct printer is selected and that it’s not set to print in grayscale or with incorrect settings.

Restart the Printer

  • Power off the printer, unplug it for a minute, and then plug it back in and power it on. This can help reset any internal errors.

Update Printer Firmware

  • If possible, connect the printer to the internet to check for firmware updates, which can resolve many issues.

Test Print from Another Device

  • If you have another device available, try printing from it to see if the problem persists. This can help determine if the issue is with the printer or the original device.

Factory Reset

  • If none of the above steps work, consider performing a factory reset on the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
