just re-installed drivers and printer and it is not recognizing tray 2

Does the tray show on the printer itself?  If yes then likely the driver did not detect and all you need to do is go to control panel in Windows, then go to devices and printers, right click on the icon for your printer then select  printer properties, go to device settings and check for installable options and add the tray.
