Hi @TrustKJV

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I’m sorry this is interrupting your printing—it’s frustrating when everything works fine until you try to print directly from Yahoo Mail. I appreciate the effort you’ve already put in.

Let’s go step by step to help your HP 9130e print smoothly from email:

Step 1: Check Browser Print Settings

  1. Open Yahoo Mail in your browser.
  2. Select the email you want to print.
  3. Click the Print option (usually found under the three‑dot menu or within the email itself).
  4. In the print dialog, confirm your HP 9130e is selected as the printer.
  5. Ensure “Print Background Graphics” is unchecked to avoid formatting issues.

Step 2: Save Email as PDF

  1. In Yahoo Mail, choose Print.
  2. In the printer selection, choose Save as PDF.
  3. Save the file to your computer.
  4. Open the PDF and print it using the HP App or directly from your computer to the HP 9130e.
    • This ensures formatting is preserved and avoids browser conflicts.

Step 3: Clear Print Queue

  1. On Windows, open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  2. Select your HP 9130e and open the queue.
  3. Cancel any pending or stuck jobs.
  4. Try printing again.

Step 4: Update Drivers and Firmware

  1. Visit the HP support page for your printer: HP OfficeJet Pro 9100e series Official HP® Support
  2. Download and install the latest drivers for Windows.
  3. Update the printer firmware if available.
  4. Restart both printer and computer after installation.

Step 5: Test with Another Email

  1. Open a different email in Yahoo Mail.
  2. Try printing it directly.
  3. If it works, the issue may be with formatting in the original email.
  4. If not, continue using the PDF method for reliable results.

By refreshing the drivers, clearing the queue, and using the PDF option when needed, your HP 9130e should print Yahoo emails without interruption.
