i am locked up in a system runaroud that isnt letting me finish my printer setup.

it started with hp trying to set up a payment for ink. i want to buy ink as i need it 

instead of a mothly payment. i dont print that often.

It seems that you're experiencing difficulties with completing your printer setup due to the HP Instant Ink subscription process. If you prefer to purchase ink cartridges as you need them rather than enrolling in the HP Instant Ink plan, here's what you can do:
 

Cancel Instant Ink Enrollment:
 

  • If you accidentally initiated enrollment in the HP Instant Ink program, you may need to cancel that enrollment. Visit your HP Instant Ink account, sign in, and look for an option to cancel or opt out of the subscription. Alternatively, contact HP Instant Ink support for assistance.

Complete Printer Setup Without Instant Ink:
 

  • To set up your printer without enrolling in Instant Ink, ensure you are using the latest version of the HP software or app, which should come with an option to skip the Instant Ink setup step. If prompted to enrol, look for a "Skip" or "No Thanks" option.
     

Update Payment Settings If Needed:
 

  • If you have encountered issues related to payment setup, ensure that your HP account does not have any lingering automatic payment settings related to the subscription. You can manage your payment information via your HP account.
     

Install Only Necessary Printer Drivers:
 

  • Download and install only the necessary drivers for your printer model from the HP Official HP® Support. Avoid additional services if you don't require them.

Check Network and Connection:
 

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the network properly without any VPN active, and that the connection settings are correct.
