Previously time i always used the HP app printing queue for printing documents after reinstalling the Windows. i could not add the HP app printing queue from the hp app.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer app.

Request you to follow the below steps to fix the issue.

 

Uninstall the printer software by following the steps from this link and restart the device.

 

Install the printer software by clicking on the link again and let me know if that resolves the issue.

I was trying every step and also re setup the windows bt still hp smart printing queue not aded printer list
