my printer works just fine using non-apple laptop. when i bought this macbook air m1 with OS monterey 12.0.1, i cannot use it anymore. i followed the steps i saw online, like installing HP smart app but it cannot detect my printer as i am using a USB dock. i also tried installing printer driver but it only works with macOS version 12 or earlier. Please someone help? Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Make sure the HP Smart you're installing is of the latest version. What is the error message you get?
