Hi @help1311,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you've deleted your HP ENVY Pro 6475 All-In-One Printer from your devices list and are having trouble setting it up again after changing your internet provider, follow these steps to reinstall it:
Check Printer Connections: Make sure your printer is turned on and properly connected to your new WiFi network. If it's connected via USB, ensure the cable is securely plugged in.
Download the Latest Drivers and Software:
- Go to the HP Support website.
- Search for "HP ENVY Pro 6475" in the search box.
- Download the latest drivers and software for your printer model and your operating system.
Install the Printer Software:
- Open the downloaded file to start the installation process.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. When prompted, choose "Wireless" if your printer is connected via WiFi or "USB" if it's connected via a cable.
- The installer will guide you through the steps to connect the printer to your network and complete the installation.
Add the Printer in Windows:
- Open Settings by pressing Win + I on your keyboard.
- Go to Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Click on Add a printer or scanner.
- Windows should search for available printers. Select your HP ENVY Pro 6475 from the list and follow the prompts to add it.
Test the Printer: Once installed, print a test page to ensure everything is working correctly.
