You will need to download the setup from support.hp.com. Any chance you can get to a public internet like a library that has computers? Keep in mind that this product is minimally supported for XP, meaning HP only has a printer driver for it. Windows XP is now considered an end of life operating system and no longer supported.

Hi,

Download the drivers from an active internet connection and move the installation to your windows XP PC with a USB Stick:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP8710/basic/Basic_Webpack_x86-40.15.1230-OJ8710...

Note that the printer is supported on Windows XP Service Pack 3 and not on any earlier edition, if your XP machine is outdated with an earlier service pack you would need to update your operating system first.
