Hi @Metinmetin,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP LaserJet M141w isn’t printing over Wi-Fi on your Windows 11 PC. Let’s go through some steps to get it working.

Confirm Wi-Fi Network

Make sure your PC and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Avoid connecting the printer to a guest network or a 5 GHz-only network; the M141w supports 2.4 GHz.

Power Cycle Devices

Turn off the printer, PC, and Wi-Fi router.

Wait 30–60 seconds, then turn on the router first, printer second, and PC last.

Use HP Smart or HP Universal Print Driver

Download and install HP Smart from the Microsoft Store.

Add your printer in the app and try printing a test page.

Alternatively, use the HP Universal Print Driver (UPD) for Windows 11, available on HP’s support site.

Check Printer’s IP Address

Print a Network Configuration Page from the printer’s control panel.

Note the IP address and try accessing it via your browser to confirm the printer is online.

Install Printer in Windows 11

Go to Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners → Add device.

Select your HP M141w when it appears.

If it doesn’t appear, choose Add manually → Add a printer using TCP/IP address and enter the printer’s IP.

Firewall / Antivirus Check

Temporarily disable firewall or antivirus software that might be blocking the printer connection.

Test printing again.

Update Firmware

Use HP Smart or the printer’s control panel to check for firmware updates.

Updating ensures compatibility with Windows 11.

I hope this helps.
