MAC iOS Sonoma 14.0 blocks many options on HP printing software based on a list on the HP website.  When will HP correct this and issue a Driver update?

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to add the printer using Mac built-in driver and let me know if that resolves the issue.
