ENVY 6000e
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello I just bought an ENVY 6000e and I'm having issues setting it up.

I am using the hp smart app and it says the printer is "ready" to recieve documents to print however everytime I try to send a document to the printer. A notice pops up from the app saying "incomplete setup" and the printer starts flashing "E9". When I press the notice, it tells me to go to the home page to complete the set up, so I press the "OK". It cancels the print and brings me to the home page, nothing happens however, and it says once again that the printer is "ready" to print things. Then the whole cycle starts over again.

I tried using the the "HP Print and Scan Doctor" application and it brought me here.

Please help, I have a test tomorrow that I need the printer for.

Thank you
