Product: HP DeskJet 4130e

For more than 4 hours now I have configured the printer, and the orange light near the information button remains on, on the display there is an exclamation mark near the ink level indicator but there are no error messages on the hp software.

Please someone hepl me

I see that you are facing issues with your HP printer wherein the orange light near the information button remains on.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the unit.

1. With printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.

Hello, I have the same problem.  The printer startup ok and print correctly, but information light turno on.

 

Any idea?

Deskjet 4130 just installed. Information orange light will not go out although I have printed printer information sheets off when I press it. Have tried your suggestion of unplugging from main supply and waiting a few minutes but remains on
