I buy the ink advantage 2375 and it not recognized by my mac, I tried the hp smart thing and it did nothing, I tried the easy start and nothing, so what can I do?

Hi @muffinjl 

Please try to install with the next steps:

 

(1) Connect a USB cable between Deskjet printer and Mac computer:

  • ferRX_0-1756718420647.png

(2) Then install the next driver:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.

Thank you, now it is detected, but it does not print at all, only flash the light but is not sending nothing
