ink jet 5255. Inadvertently told printer to print to PDF. How do I change back to just print.

@sherry1951, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

It seems like print to PDF is selected as your default printer.

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

​​​​​​​If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

  1. Select Start > Settings .
  2. Go to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > select your printer. Then select Set as default. 

Try printing.
