Hi @rickylibunao,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error message "input and output has been aborted 0x000003e3" on your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2335 All-In-One Printer typically indicates a problem with the printer communication or print queue. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue.
Restart your Printer and Computer:
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Restart your computer.
- Plug your printer back into the power source and turn it on.
- Check if the error persists.
Check Printer Connections:
- Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer via USB cable or network connection (if applicable).
- If using a USB connection, try using a different USB port on your computer.
Clear Print Queue:
- Sometimes print jobs can get stuck in the print queue, causing communication errors.
- Open the Control Panel on your computer.
- Go to Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2335 printer and select "See what's printing."
- Cancel all pending print jobs.
- Restart your printer and check if you can print now.
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Outdated or corrupted printer drivers can cause communication errors.
- Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2335 printer.
- Install the drivers according to the instructions provided.
- After installing, restart your computer and try printing again.

Check for Windows Updates:
- Sometimes Windows updates can resolve printer communication issues.
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
- Install any available updates and restart your computer.
Run Printer Troubleshooter:
- Windows has a built-in printer troubleshooter that can help diagnose and fix printer problems.
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
- Select Printer and follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
Check Printer Status and Settings:
- Ensure that there are no hardware issues with the printer itself (e.g., paper jams, low ink levels).
- Check the printer settings on your computer to ensure they match the printer's capabilities and configuration.
Reset Printer (if necessary):
- As a last resort, you can reset your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2335 printer to its factory defaults.
- Refer to your printer's manual or HP's support website for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
