The driver software installation failed from the HP Smart app. What can I do?

Thank you for posting your query.

 

I understand that you are experiencing issues installing the driver software via HP Smart. Please note that the HP Smart app has been replaced with the HP App, which may be the reason for the installation failure. I kindly request you to install the HP App https://www.hp.com/us-en/hp-app/overview.html from HP App Overview and then try installing the driver software again.
