Hi,

You may download and install your computer's drivers from HP Support:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-ay000-notebook-pc-series/10862300/model/11543...

 

You may also install the latest HP Support Assistant software and use it to scan your system and install the latest drivers for your computer:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp86501-87000/sp86979.exe
