@19Ricardo45, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

To resolve the issue of receiving an error message related to missing DLL files when installing drivers for your HP Envy 6225 Photo printer, follow these steps:

Download the Correct Driver:

  • Visit the official HP support website at www.hp.com/go/support.
  • Search for your specific printer model, HP Envy 6225 Photo, and download the latest drivers compatible with your operating system.

Install the Driver Properly:

  • Ensure that you are downloading and installing the driver for the correct operating system version.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions for installation carefully. Ensure all necessary components are installed during the process.

Check System Requirements:

  • Ensure that your computer meets the system requirements necessary for running the printer's drivers.

Run as Administrator:

  • If possible, try running the installer as an administrator by right-clicking on the setup file and selecting "Run as administrator."

Disable Antivirus Software Temporarily:

  • Sometimes antivirus software can interfere with the installation process. Temporarily disable your antivirus software and try installing the driver again.

Run HP Smart:

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
